It is with great sadness that I inform you that a car crashed into Renew Esthetics on 12/29 causing significant damage.

Fortunately no one was hurt, but we suffered major property damage at the entrance of the Medical SPA which is in process of being repaired by the insurance company, however, it takes more time than what we expected.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service experience and the current environment at Renew is not ideal to offer this. So, we are forced to close for a few more days which means that we need to pause all appointments until the location is ready again. We’re very sorry for this inconvenience, unfortunately it comes out of our hands.
Since we’re always looking for customer satisfaction and taking into consideration that we offer treatments that are performed in series, we will offer complimentary treatment sessions according to every one of our patient’s needs (if it’s necessary).

Our customer service representatives will be in touch as soon as we have a reopening date – hopefully we will be open again by the end of the month.
