Policies of an Initial consultation
We understand that life gets crazy and things come up, however in order to better serve you and maximize our appointment availability system, Renew Esthetics requires a deposit of $50 to book an initial consultation.

Deposit Policy:
• Deposits will be non-refundable for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled and no-show appointments.
• If you show up at your consultation and purchase one of our services the deposit will be applied to the services acquired on the day of your appointment.
• If you show up at your consultation and don’t do a purchase, the deposit will not be refunded, since the initial consultation has a fee of $50.
Cancellation Policy:
Renew Esthetics requires 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations and reschedule. We make sure to confirm patient´s attendance a day before of scheduled appointments.
We respect our providers and other patients’ time as much as we respect yours.
