What are the benefits of joining the Renew Esthetics membership?
By joining, you'll enjoy discounted rates on treatments, priority booking, access to exclusive events and promotions, and the opportunity to accumulate points for additional services. The membership also includes regular consultations to personalize and track your treatment plan for optimal results.
What treatments are included in the membership packages?
The 6-month plan includes treatments such as HydraFacial, Botox, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Laser Hair Removal for small and medium areas. The 12-month plan includes these, plus additional sessions and large area Laser Hair Removal.
How does the points program work?
For each service you receive, you'll earn points that can be redeemed for free services, products, or additional treatments. The 12-month plan offers double points for faster accumulation and more rewards.
Are the memberships customizable based on my skin care needs?
Yes! Your membership begins with an initial consultation where our team will assess your needs and customize your treatments. Throughout the membership, we will adjust your treatment plan based on your progress and any evolving goals.
Can I transfer or pause my membership if I cannot use it for a period of time?
Memberships are non-transferable, but we offer flexibility in scheduling your treatments. If you need to pause your membership due to medical reasons, please contact us, and we can work out a suitable solution.
What payment options are available?
We offer flexible payment plans for both the 6-month and 12-month memberships, allowing you to pay monthly for easier budgeting. All major credit cards are accepted, and you can inquire about other payment methods during your consultation.
