- We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service
4. Pricing & Payments

- Payment is due at the time of service
- Deposits may be required to secure appointments
5. Promotions, Packages & No-Refund Policy

- Offers cannot be combined unless stated
No Refund Policy:
All purchases (services, packages, memberships, gift cards, prepaid sessions) are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
- Services are non-transferable unless approved
- Unused sessions remain as account credit
- No cash refunds will be issued

6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations/rescheduling
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or session
- Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings
