Fall is the perfect season to enjoy certain fruits and vegetables, not only to keep a healthy diet, but also to make DIY homemade fall face masks with them; here are some great recipes that you can try:

Moisturizing fall facial mask

Ingredients:

    • 1/4 piece of an apple
    • 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of honey
    • 2-3 large grapes and 2 teaspoons of baked or steamed pumpkin.

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth paste. Apply the mask on your face, leave it on for 20-30 minutes and rinse it with lukewarm water.

Nourishing fall face mask with grapes

Ingredients:

    • 10 large grapes
    • 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon of honey
    • 1 teaspoon of plain yogurt.

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture. Apply the mask on your face, leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse it with lukewarm water. This mask is nourishing and refreshing at the same time.

Fall face mask with pumpkin

Ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoons of steamed or baked pumpkin
    • 1 teaspoon of honey.

Place the pumpkin and honey in a blender and blend until you get a creamy paste. Apply the mask on your face, leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse it with lukewarm water; it will make your skin nourished, soft and silky and it´s suitable for every skin type, even acne prone skin. On the other hand, this mask can work as an eye mask too, just need to place a bit of the mixture on 2 cotton pads, spread it around your eyes and after 10-15 minutes rinse your eyes with lukewarm water.

Ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoons of grated pear.
    • 1 teaspoon of honey
    • 1 tablespoon of oatmeal.

Place the finely grated pear and add the honey and oatmeal in a bowl. Mix well, apply the mask on your face and leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse your face with lukewarm water. This is a very simple and easy homemade face mask that will give your face a smooth and healthy look.

Fall facial mask with carrot

Ingredients:

    • 1 small carrot.
    • 1 teaspoon of honey.
    • 1 tablespoon of oat flour or oatmeal.

In a bowl, grate the carrot finely, add the honey and oatmeal and mix well until combined. Apply the mask on your face, leave it on for 20 minutes and rinse it with lukewarm water. This homemade facial mask with carrot is super nourishing, refreshing and moisturizing. We recommend you to make this mask at least 2 or 3 times per week so you can enjoy the benefits of the carrot on the skin.
