Trade for Glow is a service exchange initiative born from gratitude. If you’re a local entrepreneur, freelancer, or service provider, you can apply to receive luxury skin care treatments at Renew Esthetics Medical Spa — in exchange for a service of equivalent value that you provide.

How the exchange is valued
No two trades are identical — and that’s intentional. When you apply, our team evaluates the professional value of the service you offer. We then align it with a treatment (or combination of treatments) of equivalent value. Both parties agree on the terms before any commitment is made. Our goal is a trade that feels genuinely fair — not transactional.
What We Accept in Exchange
We welcome any professional service of fair value. Some examples:
- Hair styling, coloring, barbering, nail artistry, makeup
- Website design, tech support, social media, photography, videography

Do I need to be an existing client of Renew Esthetics?
No. Trade for Glow is open to anyone in the Queens / NYC community who offers a professional service, regardless of whether you've visited us before.
How do I know if my service qualifies?
If you provide a professional service of real, tangible value — you qualify to apply. Our team evaluates each application individually and will always reach out to discuss the details before any commitment is made.
Is there a limit on how many people are selected?
Yes. Each round of Trade for Glow selects a limited number of participants to ensure every experience is personal and every story is told properly. Applications remain open until spots are filled.
Will I have to pay anything?
No money changes hands in either direction. This is a pure service-for-service exchange. The only commitment required is your professional service and your willingness to participate in our content creation.No money changes hands in either direction. What if I'm selected but can't make the appointment?
Life happens. We ask for 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. We want this experience to work for you, and we'll always try to find a time that fits.
