The membership also includes regular consultations to personalize and track your treatment plan for optimal results.

The 6-month plan includes treatments such as HydraFacial, Botox, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, and Laser Hair Removal for small and medium areas. The 12-month plan includes these, plus additional sessions and large area Laser Hair Removal.

For each service you receive, you'll earn points that can be redeemed for free services, products, or additional treatments. The 12-month plan offers double points for faster accumulation and more rewards.

Yes! Your membership begins with an initial consultation where our team will assess your needs and customize your treatments. Throughout the membership, we will adjust your treatment plan based on your progress and any evolving goals.

Memberships are non-transferable, but we offer flexibility in scheduling your treatments. If you need to pause your membership due to medical reasons, please contact us, and we can work out a suitable solution.

We offer flexible payment plans for both the 6-month and 12-month memberships, allowing you to pay monthly for easier budgeting. All major credit cards are accepted, and you can inquire about other payment methods during your consultation.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Membership Activation:
    • Membership begins with a comprehensive consultation, where our team evaluates your skin, discusses your goals, and recommends the membership plan that best suits your needs.
    • Once you have selected your membership, you will review and sign your Membership Agreement through DocuSign.
    • Membership becomes active on the date your Membership Agreement is completed and payment is processed.
    • Membership options include:
      1. Standard Monthly Membership: Monthly billing with a minimum six (6)-month commitment.
      2. 3-Month Membership: Prepaid membership valid for three (3) months.
      3. 6-Month Membership: Prepaid membership valid for six (6) months.
      4. 12-Month Membership: Prepaid membership valid for twelve (12) months.
    • Your personalized treatment plan and member benefits become available upon activation.
  2. Scheduling and Appointments:
    • Members are responsible for scheduling appointments. We recommend booking treatments at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
    • Missed or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice may result in a forfeited session.
    • Unused treatments cannot be rolled over or carried forward to the next membership period. Renew may consider changes regarding unused treatments in cases of force majeure.
  3. Treatment Usage:
    • Each membership includes a designated number of treatments and benefits that cannot be exchanged or substituted for other services.
    • Treatments must be redeemed within the applicable membership period. Unused treatments expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle or membership term.
    • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
  4. Payments & Financing:
    • Standard Monthly Membership: Membership fees are automatically charged each month and require a minimum six (6)-month commitment. Early cancellation before the commitment period may result in termination fees or forfeiture of member benefits.
    • 3-, 6-, and 12-Month Memberships: Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless an approved financing option has been selected.
    • Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
    • No refunds will be issued for unused treatments, missed appointments, or early termination of any membership.
    • Renew Esthetics offers financing through Cherry, subject to Cherry’s approval and financing terms.
  5. Membership Benefits:
    • Membership benefits, treatments, discounts, Reward Points, and referral incentives vary by membership plan. Members are eligible only for the benefits included in their selected membership.
    • Reward Points may be earned and redeemed in accordance with the benefits of the selected membership. Point values, redemption options, eligibility, and available rewards are subject to change at the discretion of Renew Esthetics.
    • Members may be eligible to receive referral rewards for referring new clients who complete a qualifying treatment or enroll in a qualifying Renew Esthetics Membership Program. Referral rewards, eligibility requirements, and redemption terms vary by membership plan and are subject to change at the discretion of Renew Esthetics.
  6. Exclusivity:
    • Memberships are limited and based on availability. Renew Esthetics reserves the right to limit the number of memberships offered.
  7. Amendments:
    • Renew Esthetics reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the membership program, including pricing and treatment offerings, at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.
