The Neighborhood Business Collective brings together approximately 10–12 complementary local businesses—meaning businesses from different industries or specialties, not direct competitors—committed to supporting one another through referrals, collaboration, and shared visibility.
Rather than traditional networking, we're creating a small, relationship-driven community where local businesses can build genuine connections, exchange ideas, promote one another, and create opportunities for mutual growth.

Active participation matters. Members are encouraged to maintain an active social media presence and help amplify fellow businesses through engagement, sharing, and collaborative content.
Founding Initiatives
1. Customer Discount Card Exchange
Exclusive offers from participating businesses that can be shared with one another’s customers through print and digital promotions.
2. Renew Community Passport
A curated collection of local offers and experiences available to Renew Esthetics members, introducing them to participating businesses and encouraging them to shop locally.
3. Referral Network
A trusted network where members actively refer customers to complementary businesses whenever appropriate, with an initial goal of 5 referrals per business each month.
4. Collaborative Marketing
Social media collaborations, business spotlights, cross-promotions, joint campaigns, and opportunities to exchange services or experiences to create authentic content and introduce businesses to new audiences.
These are just the beginning. Future initiatives will be shaped by the ideas, creativity, and participation of the businesses within the Collective.
