Deposit Policy:
• Deposits will be non-refundable for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled and no-show appointments.
• If you show up at your consultation and purchase one of our services the deposit will be applied to the services acquired on the day of your appointment.
• If you show up at your consultation and don’t do a purchase, the deposit will not be refunded, since the initial consultation has a fee of $50.
Cancellation Policy:
Renew Esthetics requires 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations and reschedule. We make sure to confirm patient´s attendance a day before of scheduled appointments.
We respect our providers and other patients’ time as much as we respect yours.
